I'm the Associate Director of Workforce Development at National University where I focus on integrating workforce assets into our courses. I serve as a bridge between industry and academia with a commitment to improving the employability of our graduates.
Prior to joining NU, I served as Director of Student Success for Pearson's non-degree product portfolio and consulted with universities on outcome assessment and learning analytics. My research interests include employability and career success, learning analytics and assessment of student learning.
My experience in higher ed began at Jones International University where I was Chair of International Education. I developed internationalization strategies and managed dual degree programs with partner institutions in Latin America. I also helped launch the United Nations Development Programme’s Virtual Development Academy that developed Junior Programme Officers in the core practice areas required for leadership at UNDP.

Do you have a complicated business problem or question that doesn't have an easy answer? Work with Capstone students from our Master of Science in Engineering Management program to get solution designs that can help move your company forward. Our students come to the program with an engineering background and choose to specialize in systems engineering or project management. This is an opportunity for our students to showcase and apply their academic knowledge in the business environment. Client companies will be presented with teams’ recommendations that will align the organizational systems with their core mission. These recommendations will address; the needs for enhancements to the systemic operating processes, measurable improvements to efficiency and effectiveness of core business systems, elimination or minimization of potential projects failures (delays, quality, scope, budget), use of technology-based solution where and when applicable.

Cybersecurity Capstone Project

Students will work on one main project over the course of three months, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this cybersecurity program will complete a Master's level project dealing with a student's area of specialization in Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing or Enterprise Cybersecurity Management. The students will create an original project with practical applications using cybersecurity policy, regulatory, and testing frameworks. The project will integrate the concepts of cybersecurity and information assurance taught throughout the program.
