UI Design for Web-site and Platform

To redesign the visual interface or our new LMS system as a best-in-class refreshingly innovative graphic design project that communicates our unique presence as a niche player in the field of performance transformation for the next generation and career development workforce. This includes 4 UI pages, the main entry page, Learner interface, Manager-Coach interface, and Client Administrator Interface. We are a niche player in the performance improvement and performance development field with a unique value proposition. We are able to get people up to speed in any job or talent role up to 3X faster and create results sooner. The proven methodology we use dramatically accelerates talent development and is recognized as best-in-its-class. Our users become fans and client retention is very high. We have created a new platform to serve our clients that hosts the unique content we help them develop in the way they need to use it. It has embedded functionality that has been tested with our users. We simplify work that is normally very complex for large and mid-sized organizations (small is also beautiful and considered as future users). Consequently our brand needs to be clean, lean and free from distractions, just like the quality work we do, but very attractive and well-designed. Our core communications and web-site does not fully amplify our brand. We want to create a visual presence that powerfully, playfully and visually communicates what we do to our current and prospective clients. Students will have an opportunity to work and communicate as a team and develop a comprehensive set of visual elements with creative play and excellent direction.

Intuita MindWare Education App & Micro LMS

Design a digital app for users in both IOS and android for a unique meditative educational product with a micro LMS backend to publish additional courses and content. Intuita MindWare is a unique self-awareness educational product that teaches people how to access insight and develop their intuition in response to questions. It is aimed at industry innovators and creatives, entrepreneurs, and people interested in expanding their inner skills and resources. The app components include an intro page and 12 flippable images linked to 12 guided learning exercises in audio format that users select. The goal is to design a fluid easy to use app. All file components are already developed. The app is a post-education app that allow users to play coaching audios on their phone. The micro-LMS is a back end app that enables users to register and access courses using an integrated payment cart, for single courses and subscriptions.
