Scope:


  • Analyze large-scale hiring data to identify patterns and improve candidate matching algorithms.
  • Develop simulations to predict hiring trends and workforce dynamics.
  • Create training materials for recruiters on using Propelinx’s platform and understanding diversity metrics.
