From the start, this group was a nightmare. Even the team lead they chose had to have lots of babysitting. She came in and expected special treatment when she did not perform, suggesting that she was entitled to be treated to numerous changes, with no regard for what is required in businesses. The group was not responsive, did not take the opportunity seriously, and was subpar in performance. Other than one learner, the others were released. AscentUp did not properly manage this group. Though we believe in the mission, we will not work with AscentUp again.
