Ms. Connie Rose opened the eyes of both the students and I to a new category of Food - Hemp as a result of research for her dog's health. the investigation and research into hemp as a food product alongside the regulatory surrounding the agriculture, processing, import and export was mind blowing. It enabled the students to understanding domestic and international trade about 'complicated' products and how co-manufacturing can help small startups thrive with their innovations.
